SOCIAL - POLITICAL COMMENTARY: Other America: Losing Hope

While the U.S. job growth has picked up & unemployment rate have fallen starting in 2010 to current 4.1 percent, the unemployment rate of African Americans is remains much higher than the average at 6.8%(1).
