SOCIAL - POLITICAL COMMENTARY: Transitions: The Anchor

Forest Fair Village (formerly Cincinnati Mall, Cincinnati Mills, and Forest Fair Mall) is a shopping mall in the northern suburbs of Cincinnati, Ohio. Kohl’s is still in the mall in 2018 despite the rest of the mall being almost totally vacant.Kohl’s was once one of several anchor stores. The Kohl's franchise seems to be competing well in other retail spaces, but I can't imagine how they are surviving in this dead space.
